Tomorrow, before my 7th grade has their holiday party, I’m going to talk briefly about why we say, “Happy Holidays.” I’m excited for the opportunity to promote tolerance. Being an atheist that celebrates xmas, I don’t mind either way if people say merry xmas or happy holidays. If I say “Merry Christmas” to someone and they reply “Happy Hanukkah” I assume they celebrate hanukkah, and I nod in acknowlegdement and smile :) But this is very cool ^^
